About Eric...
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Eric is a business consultant in the field of addiction and mental health treatment, having served as an Executive Director for an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment center, and providing marketing and operations expertise to a variety of recovery centers. His corporate leadership background in healthcare technology and years of customer service experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries offer a well-rounded approach to helping startup organizations create sound operational strategies, and develop successful sales and marketing initiatives to achieve substantial growth and market presence.
Eric also works with individuals and couples struggling with addictions, relationships and career challenges. His non-invasive, hands-off approach helps individuals feel safe and open so they can actually get to the core issues that hold them back from thriving, and achieving their ultimate goals and objectives. This is Eric's true gift! In addition, if clients need clinical services they can benefit from Eric's network of providers and resources to find the appropriate care that they may need.
Eric graduated from San Francisco State with a BA in Liberal Studies and a MS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Walden University. He also completed his Coaching Certification to work with private clients on a case by case basis, and has also been trained as a Certified Breathwork Facilitator.
PERSONAL LIFE
Eric is a father and husband and that brings some of the most fulfilling joy anyone can get out of life. He loves golf, surfing, hiking, and all kinds of outdoor activities. Eric has been coaching kid's sports for the last six years and has found it to be truly rewarding to teach kids about sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership.
Eric loves music! He plays drums and guitar for fun and it is always playing, no matter what he is doing. Another one of his hobbies is acting. Eric worked in the industry for a few years enjoying the incredible art of filmmaking and watching some of the best in the business do their thing. Though he never made it an actual profession, Eric has a true passion for performance and creating characters. This is one of the things that makes Eric so much fun to work with.
